NCG welcomes our new CEO, James Allen

National Care Group are delighted to welcome our new Chief Executive, James Allen, to the company.

James will be responsible for ensuring the very highest standards of care are maintained and support the company with its growth plans.

Here are a few words from James himself about why he is so excited to be joining National Care Group.

It is an absolute privilege to have been appointed as the first ever Chief Executive of NCG – my appointment in many ways illustrates the fantastic progress and growth that the organisation has achieved since its formation only three years ago.

I have joined NCG because I wanted to be part of an organisation that has an exciting future and is able to do what I enjoy most, which is creating opportunities to support individuals with complex needs to live fulfilling and active lives.

We must always look to deliver our services to the highest quality day in day out, always be person centred in our approach and continually find ways to improve what we do.

My aim, as I start my new job, will be to ensure that we focus on quality and can evidence that commitment.

I want to help NCG be a great place to work so that all colleagues feel proud to be part of it and that we continue to grow our organisation in a way that is sensible and sustainable.

I am looking forward to getting out and about over the coming weeks to visit our many services across the country – I look forward to meeting you!
