Carers Week at National Care Group
Carers Week is an annual campaign to raise awareness of the amazing contribution carers make across the country and appreciate the dedication they show towards supporting vulnerable individuals live the rewarding life they aspire to achieve.
National Care Group would like to take this opportunity to recognise the incredible work our Support Workers and Clinical staff show in supporting over 1,000 individuals across the United Kingdom.
As part of our ‘Why Be a Support Worker’ campaign, we interviewed, Ronan Marsland, Support Worker for Affinity Supporting People, who gave us an insight into the life of a Support Worker and why it is such a rewarding job.
With his passion towards care and the support he has received from National Care Group and Affinity Supporting People, Ronan has gone from a young staff member to an award winning Support Worker.
“There is nothing more rewarding than supporting someone vulnerable live the life that they want,” Ronan Marsland.
Ronan’s development within his service is something we would like to champion during Carers Week and also emphasise that there are many more staff members, like Ronan, in our services who show the same level of commitment to the care they provide.
As an employer of over 2,000 staff, we believe it is important that we are supporting and providing the platforms by which you can grow and develop within your service.
From innovative training opportunities, to supporting you with your health & well-being, National Care Group would like to reassure all staff that we are creating an open and inclusive culture for all our staff.
Everyone at National Care Group would like to thank all our Support Workers and staff for the incredible work they do, the passion you show towards care is what will help us achieve our vision of…
“Being the best and most trusted care providers in the United Kingdom”
