NCG partner up with Popcorn Pass Rewards to offer staff discounts and rewards
National Care Group are delighted to announce that we have partnered up with Popcorn Pass Rewards, one of the UK’s up and coming providers of rewards programmes, to offer all our staff exclusive discounts on a whole range of products and services.
As an employer of over 2,000 staff based in England and Wales, we understand the role our staff play in supporting people with complex and challenging needs, and how the work they do should be rewarded.
We are already pay all our staff above the national minimum wage, with our base rate being £8.25, and this is across all our staff, not discriminating against age or gender.
By working alongside Popcorn Pass Rewards, we are going one step further in offering staff the opportunity to save money on everyday purchases, have a fun trip with friends or family and enjoy meals at some of the biggest chains in the UK.
