Our care service in Shildon is recruiting for energetic and passionate Complex Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team. We have Full Time and Part Time contracts and a variety of shifts available offering:

The Complex Care Assistant / Support Worker Role:

As a Complex Care Assistant / Support Worker, you will play an active and pivotal role in supporting vulnerable adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions throughout their day to day lives, all with the aim of providing as much independence as possible.
